About me
Jonny Pearce
I am a first-time author, who, after an early career in legal publishing and journalism, spent over twenty years in senior leadership roles for a number of not-for-profit or charitable organisations. The fields I've worked in – including adoption and fostering, child development, the impact of early trauma, parenting, cancer support services and blood stem cell transplantation – have given me a great insight into the challenges that many people face in their day-to-day lives and relationships, and how they develop personally as they come to terms with these issues. Aspects of these insights and experiences inevitably appear in my writing.
I love good books and stories, music, jokes, maths/data, all things neuro-divergent and enjoy the quirkier side of life.
I am married with two grown-up children, and live in Buckinghamshire in the UK.
